Individual RSS feeds for categories

After a bit of prompting in email by Joe Grossberg I've added support to Blot for producing individual RSS feeds for each category.

e.g. Here's the feed for posts about Blot itself.

Over the weekend I've been adding hierarchical category support to Blot. The main motivation for this was so I can categorise posts relating to a particular project and then include a log of those posts on the project page over on josephson.org.

As an example I've assigned a category to the posts relating to the WELL Members' Blogs project.
